Kevin Fink is our co-founder and executive chef.
When he is not popping, Kevin oversees numerous highly acclaimed food destinations, including three Michelin-starred restaurants. Behind it all lies his simple culinary philosophy: food should evoke emotion, inspire awe, and bring joy. We hand craft that idea into every bag.
